Comcast Spectacor

Through our work with Comcast Spectacor, we have had the privilege to direct a world-class design team to create a compelling and implementable $2.5 billion vision of scale and quality that will transform South Philadelphia's sport's complex into a world-class entertainment district. Every aspect of the master plan has been carefully considered to create a district where the region's citizens can collectively celebrate the joy, sense of community, and exaltation that mirrors the fervor and passion Philadelphians feel around local sports.

3201 Cuthbert Street

A 519,647 rentable square foot, state-of-the-art laboratory building to be situated adjacent to the heart of Drexel University’s campus, within the University City science district. Designed by Robert A.M Stern Architects, 3201 Cuthbert Street features ground floor retail and restaurant space, eleven stories of research, laboratory and office accommodations, as well as one level of underground parking. The scheduled completion date is Q4 2024. The project is targeting a LEED Gold certification.

2500 League Island Boulevard

A premier cGMP space at The Philadelphia Navy Yard, 2500 League Island Boulevard is a state-of-the-art, 130,000 square foot, 30’ clear height, flex/production facility with an expected tenant delivery in Q3 2022. The building, designed by Sitio Architects, is targeting LEED v4 Silver Certification.

Iovance Biotherapeutics at
300 Rouse Boulevard

Gattuso developed a ground-up, mixed-use 137,014 rentable square foot facility comprising a single-story cGMP building and a three-story office and laboratory building with provision for ground-floor retail space. Designed by DIGSAU architects, the LEED Gold-certified building elegantly anchors the prominent site, which is directly adjacent to Central Green Park at the Navy Yard. This $48 million core and shell development was able to achieve over 40% MWDBE participation through its construction contracts.
